Team Mediation

Conflicts in the workplace – when you want to restore peace at work.

Teammediation in München und Rosenheim

Restoring collaboration and productivity

Who hasn’t experienced it at work? Misunderstandings, different working styles, unspoken feedback and rivalry lead to tension between colleagues or within the hierarchy. Pent-up frustration and anger eventually erupt in open or hidden conflicts. This takes its toll on the working atmosphere: camps form, rumours circulate, and the employees or managers affected suffer and increasingly withdraw – often followed by sick leave because of the physical and psychological strain.

Situations like these affect morale, collaboration and productivity – and ultimately the success of your organisation. This is where team mediation comes in:

  • International teams

  • Family businesses and farms (small and medium-sized businesses) in Bavaria

  • Schools & social institutions

As a mediator familiar with workplace conflicts – and with my own professional experience as a former employee and manager in various fields in Germany and abroad – I can tune in very well to your issues and concerns.

In my experience, mediation in a workplace context can often be carried over into organisational development. In such cases, I am happy to work with experienced experts from my network.

The team mediation process

  1. Initial consultation: A free session to understand the situation, the conflicts and the organisation’s goals.
  2. Mediation agreement: Setting out confidentiality, expectations and the commitment of everyone involved.
  3. Gathering information: Identifying topics, perspectives and the workplace context.
  4. Structured mediation sessions: In the sessions, those involved express their needs and develop solutions by consensus.
  5. Solutions & follow-up: Recommendations are drawn up so that the solutions become a lasting part of team and organisational practice.
